The stunning, historical Schloss Ernegg’s golf courses are located just a short stroll from the castle. Both the 18 and 9 hole courses, built in 1973, are renowned for their friendly and relaxed atmosphere warmly welcoming local and visiting golfers on a membership or pay and play basis.
We aim to provide the best golf experience in the region with our top quality facilities offering excellent value for money and a fun, challenging game whatever your level of play.
Our all weather courses offer delightful golf in a spectacular setting within the beautiful Mostviertel region along the banks of the Kleine Erlauf River, with spectacular far stretching views.
Approximately 1 hours drive from Vienna, 40 minutes from Linz and 2 hours from Salzburg.

Trolleys, carts and clubs are available for hire from the pro shop.

The Club House has an excellent restaurant and fully licensed bar.
Coaching
Philip Hedley is the clubs very own PGA Academy Professional. Philip, who is English speaking, is a trained British PGA qualified golf pro and available to provide tuition on a 1-1 basis or to groups.

Dress Code and Etiquette
While we are renowned for our friendly and relaxing atmosphere, we do ask visitors to observe basic course etiquette, and the following dress code:
- Dress should be respectable at all times.
- No denims, tracksuits, collarless T-shirts to be worn.
- Only golf shoes or trainers on the course.
- Only tailored shorts with socks to be worn on the course.
- No dirty golf shoes to be worn in the bar or restaurant.
